摘要
目的:探究超声辅助水蒸汽蒸馏法提取野菊花挥发油的最佳工艺条件。方法:以野菊花挥发油的得率为评价标准,以料液比、超声时间、提取时间、提取温度为考察因素进行单因素实验,得出野菊花挥发油提取的最佳工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为料液比1∶8(g/mL)、超声时间30 min、提取时间8 h、提取温度130℃,该工艺条件下,野菊花挥发油的得率达0.411%。结论:超声辅助蒸馏法提取野菊花挥发油具有较高的提取效率和应用价值。
Objective:To explore the optimal extraction conditions of essential oil from Chrysanthemum indicum by ultrasonic assisted steam distillation.Methods:Taking the yield of the essential oil of Chrysanthemum indicum as the evaluation standard,the single factor experiment was carried out with the solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic time,extraction time and extraction temperature as the investigation factors.Results:the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the ratio of solid to liquid was 1∶8(g/mL),ultrasonic time was 30 min,extraction time was 8 h,and extraction temperature was 130℃.Conclusion:ultrasonic assisted distillation has high extraction efficiency and application value.
