摘要
图书馆数据管理服务经过长时间的发展与实践,其服务内容和服务形式在不断地充实。采用半结构化访谈的方法,对中国科学院大学的研究生进行了调查。基于访谈结果的扎根理论分析及文献综述,设计了图书馆数据管理服务的框架和要点。图书馆未来的数据管理服务要以数据权益管理为核心与前提,关注数据管理技能培养的服务效果,帮助克服数据管理流程中的伦理问题,实现数据管理价值的最大化。
The library data management services have been developed and practiced for a long time,and its service content and service form have been constantly enriched.This research investigated the postgraduate students in University of Chinese Academy of Sciences by semi-structured interview.Based on the grounded theory analysis of the interview results and literature review,the framework and key points of library data management services are designed.It is concluded that the future data management services of library should take the management of data rights as the core and premise,pay more attention to the service effect of data management skill training,help to solve the ethical problems in the process of data management,and maximize the value of data management.
