新时代少数民族地区红色文化资源整合研究——以四川省泸州市为例

Research on Theintegration of Red Cultural Resources in Minority Areas in the New Era——Taking Luzhou City,Sichuan Province as an Example

新时代背景下,对少数民族地区红色文化资源整合利用提出了更高的要求。在已有资料的基础上进行调查研究:四川省泸州市少数民族地区红色文化资源在数量上较为丰富,但是其整合利用存在不充分和不均衡现象,且呈现出"省级—市级—县级—未定级"式递减趋势。基于此,提出红色文化资源整合利用过程中存在的问题:缺乏红色文化资源整合利用的深度挖掘机制、缺乏红色文化资源整合利用的主体协同机制、缺乏红色文化资源整合利用的资源保障机制。通过上述论述,为促进四川省泸州市少数民族地区红色文化资源整合,提出以下建议:加强顶层规划设计,助推红色文化资源自身整合;建立利益调节制度,促进红色文化资源协同整合;叠加使用资金资源,保障红色文化资源集聚整合。

Under the background of the new era,higher requirements are put forward for the integration and utilization of red cultural resources in minority areas. Based on the existing data,the red cultural resources in the minority areas of Luzhou city,Sichuan province are abundant in quantity,but their integration and utilization are insufficient and uneven,and they show "province level-city level-county level-ungraded level" decline trend. Based on this,the problems in the process of integration and utilization of red cultural resources are put forward: the lack of deep excavator system for the integration and utilization of red cultural resources,the lack of the main synergy mechanism for the integration and utilization of red cultural resources,and the lack of resource guarantee mechanism for the integration and utilization of red cultural resources. Through the above discussion,in order to promote the integration of red cultural resources in minority areas of Luzhou city,Sichuan province,the following suggestions are proposed: strengthening the top-level planning and design,promoting the integration of red cultural resources;establishing a benefit adjustment system to promote the coordinated integration of red cultural resources;superimposing use financial and resources to ensure the integration of red cultural resources.
