Scenario simulation is a practical and applied teaching method.This method fits well with the management secretary course.The effective application of this method requires not only the psychological thaw of role transformation between teachers and students,but also the deep involvement of students in the whole process and the teachers'progressive tracking and guidance.The results of the questionnaire show that the application of scenario simulation in the teaching of management secretary has not only been affirmed in students'thinking and cognition,but also promoted the establishment of harmonious teacher-student relationship and the improvement of students'diversified professional skills.
