摘要
为确定近距离煤层采空区下动压回采工作面区段煤柱合理宽度及巷道合理支护参数,以色连二矿12307工作面与12308工作面为研究背景,采用理论计算、数值模拟与现场应用相结合的研究方法对其进行研究,研究表明:理论计算及数值模拟确定煤柱宽度分别为22.48m、20m时,工作面围岩能够保持稳定;数值模拟及现场应用确定,煤柱宽度为20m时,煤柱处于上覆岩层铰接结构保护之下,内部支承压力较小,当巷道围岩顶板采用?20mm×2500mm,间排距为800mm×800mm的螺纹钢锚杆,采用?17.8mm×6300mm,间排距为1260mm×1600mm的钢绞线,巷道帮部采用?18 mm×2000mm,间排距为750mm×800mm的玻璃钢锚杆支护时,煤柱及巷道能够满足安全生产需要。
In order to determine the reasonable coal pillar width and support parameters of the roadway in the coal mining face under close distance goaf area of the coal seam,a research method combining theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and field application was used to study it.Calculations and numerical simulations confirm that when the width of coal pillars is 22.48 m and 20 m respectively,the working face surrounding rock is stable;numerical simulation and field application determine that when the width of coal pillars is 20 m,the coal pillars are under the protection of the hinged structure of the overlying rock layer.The internal support pressure is relatively small.When the?20 mm×2500 mm deformed steel bar bolt with 800 mm×800 mm interrow spacing,the?17.8 mm×6300 mm steel strand with 1260 mm×1600 mm inter-row spacing are used for roof rock support,?18 mm×2000 mm glass fiber reinforced plastics bolt with 750 mm×800 mm inter-row spacing is used for roadway wall support,coal pillars and roadways can meet the needs of safe production.
