摘要
在矿井原煤煤质不断变化情况下,为了实现销售商品煤配煤质量稳定,减少不合格批次,避免质量纠纷,泊江海子选煤厂利用现有的工艺系统,优化配煤过程,探索出三级配煤方案,将煤质互补,保证配煤煤质均匀。针对配煤过程中存在的不足,在现有措施的基础上,建议引入SCL-2000型在线测灰仪,能快速动态监测煤流灰分,实现自动、精准的在线检测,实时指导配煤,保证商品煤配煤质量稳定。
As the raw coal quality is changing constantly in Bojianghaizi Coal Preparation Plant,in order to achieve stable coal blending quality of commercial coal,reduce unqualified batches and avoid quality disputes,the coal blending process in current process system is optimized,and the three-level coal blending scheme is developed,which stabilizes the blending coal quality.In view of the shortcomings in coal blending process,on the basis of the existing measures,it is suggested to introduce the scl-2000 type on-line ash detector,which can quickly and dynamically monitor the ash content of coal flow,realize automatic and accurate on-line detection,guide coal blending in real time,promote the further improvement of coal blending in the coal preparation plant,and ensure the stability of coal blending quality of commercial coal.
