泊江海子矿沿空掘巷锚网索联合支护技术应用 被引量:5

摘要 针对泊江海子矿的特殊地质状况,根据113100工作面辅助运输巷在掘进过程中受到相邻工作面回采动压影响,矿压显现剧烈,煤柱侧帮肩窝锚杆破断等现象,在巷道掘进过程中对顶板采取了卸压措施及对破碎离层区段增补了槽钢组合锚索,同时调整巷道两帮锚索支护参数,通过现场矿压观测数据表明优化后的锚网索联合支护有效避免了顶板及巷帮松动圈向深部发展,从而使得巷道围岩变形得到有效控制并取得了良好效果。 In view of the special geological conditions of Bojianghaizi Mine,according to the phenomenon that the auxiliary transportation roadway of 113100 working face is affected by the dynamic pressure of adjacent working faces during excavation,the mine pressure behavior is severe,and the bolts of the side shoulder socket of the coal pillar are broken.In the process of roadway excavation,pressure relief measures are taken on the roof and channel steel composite anchor cables are added to the broken separation zone.At the same time,the two sides of the roadway anchor cable support parameters are adjusted,and the on-site rock pressure observation data showed that,the optimized anchor mesh cable combined support stops the roof and roadway loose ring from developing to the deep,and the surrounding rock deformation of roadway is effectively controlled.
