摘要 色连二矿通过在12403老空水探放中采用"定向长钻孔+虹吸原理"技术方案,远程疏放12403采空区老空水,以最快速度保证了12402回风巷恢复施工,且均在积水线外安全施工,避免了老空水的威胁,引入定向长钻孔技术,实现从"无控钻进"到"精准定向钻进",钻孔设计方面,利用定向长钻孔能够变向的特点,钻孔在剖面方向上设计成"U"型,从回风巷底部距离巷道4m穿过,巷道不揭露钻孔,避免巷道揭露钻孔时钻孔突水的风险;在采空区积水高度与孔口标高持平时,通过延长管路,利用虹吸原理放水,加快了疏放水速度,彻底解决了生产接续紧张和12402老空水威胁问题,保障了工作面如期贯通和正常接替。 Selian No.2 Mine adopted the directional"long drilling+siphon principle"for the water exploration and remote drainage in 12403 old goaf,to ensure the fastest restoration of the 12402 return airway.The safe construction outside the stagnant water line avoids the threat of old gof water.The directional long drilling technology is introduced to realize the transition from"uncontrolled drilling"to"precise directional drilling".In terms of drilling design,the directional long drilling can change direction,and the borehole is designed in a"U"shape in the section direction,and it passes 4 m under the return airway.The borehole is not exposed in the roadway to avoid the risk of water inrush.When the water level in the goaf is equal to the elevation of the orifice,the pipeline is extended and the siphon principle is used to discharge the water,which speeds up the drainage,completely solves the problem of tension in mining-drifting balance and the 12402 old goaf water risk,and ensures the working face cutting through as scheduled.
