摘要
针对目前煤矿综采工作面回撤过程中存在木料耗费多、转运费时费力且支护中存在安全威胁等问题,分析了目前常用的回撤技术存在的缺陷,并对回撤工艺的顶板支护方式进行了研究,最终确定了一种新型工作面回撤工艺。新型回撤工艺在色连二矿12313综采工作面回撤中成功应用,应用结果表明:使用新工艺,在经济性的前提下能达到安全、快速回撤的效果。
Based on the fact that the retracement method for the fully mechanized coal face at present not only consumes a lot of timber,but also requires a large amount of transfer work,which is time-consuming and laborious,and the support involves a number of security threats.In view of this situation,we studied the roof support method of the retracement technology,determined and applied a non-pitwood working face retracement technology.The new technology has been successfully implemented in 12313 fully mechanized mining face in Selian No.2 Mine,and the practice shows that,the new process can achieve safe and rapid retracement under the premise of economy.
