摘要
针对113106工作面煤层厚度变化大,回采过程中采煤机通过高度不足导致割顶板、底板等问题。通过对采煤机机身高度进行改造,在保证不降低割煤效率的前提下降低采煤机机身高度,以达到减少出矸率提高经济效益的目的。文章着重介绍了更换采煤机行走箱、支撑腿、滚筒等技术。实践表明:在降低煤机机身高度后,矸石的产出量得到了有效控制,这使得煤机、运输机、皮带机等一系列配套设备的磨损程度下降,提高了设备使用寿命,提升了劳动效率和经济效益,并有效降低了设备使用的安全风险。
In view of the great change of coal seam thickness in 113106 working face,the lack of passing height of shearer in the mining leads to the problems of cutting roof and floor.Through the reform of the height of the shearer body,the height of the shearer body can be reduced without reducing the coal cutting efficiency,so as to bring down the gangue output rate and improve the economic benefits.This paper focuses on the replacement of the walking box,support leg,roller and other technologies of the shearer.The practice shows that the output of gangue is controlled after the reducing the coal machine body height,which alleviates the wearing of a series of supporting equipment such as the coal machine,scrapper and belt conveyor,improves their service life,and the labor efficiency and economic benefits,reduces the safety risk during the equipment operation.
