大倾角强力带式输送机主滚筒更换工艺优化及应用 被引量:5

摘要 为解决大倾角强力带式输送机更换制动滚筒难度大、耗时长的问题,运用理论计算及现场实际应用等手段,研究并优化了大倾角强力带式输送机制动滚筒更换的工艺和方法。为有效解决滚筒重量重、施工现场空间有限对滚筒更换效率造成的影响,针对现场施工空间、安全等方面的考虑,提出了大倾角强力带式输送机更换主滚筒施工工艺优化方案。施工艺优化后色连二矿主斜井滚筒更换安全可靠性提高,耗时减少,不仅实现了安全施工,而且大大提高了检修效率。 Aiming at the difficult and time-consuming replacement of brake drum in strong belt conveyor with large inclination,the author studies and optimizes the replacement technology and method by means of theoretical calculation and field application.In order to effectively solve the impact of heavy drum weight and limited construction site space on the efficiency of drum replacement,in view of the consideration of site construction space and safety,the main drum replacement technology is put forward;in the process of replacing the main inclined shaft drum of the Selian No.2 Mine,the safety reliability is improved and the time consumption is reduced,the construction safety and maintenance efficiency is greatly improved.
