摘要 针对唐家会矿工作面回采过程中回风隅角一氧化碳浓度高、深部采空区氧气浓度大、回风流中检测到一定浓度的氧化碳气体等问题,通过对唐家会矿6号煤层自然发火实验进行分析,提出了单指标气体(CO)、综合指标(CO和O2气体浓度、火灾系数1000×(+ΔCO/-ΔO2))、标志气体(C2H6、C2H4)"三位一体"的预测预报技术,即:单一指标能直观感觉煤体氧化程度;综合指标可分析煤体氧化程度及达到的温度;标志性气体的生成及持续增大可直接判定煤体氧化达到的温度范围。三者相结合显著提高了煤体自然发火预报的效率及可靠性,并对其应用效果进行了考察,在矿井防灭火应用中取得了显著的经济效益和安全效益。 Aiming at the high concentration of carbon monoxide in the return air corner,high concentration of oxygen in the deep goaf,and the carbon monoxide in the return flow,the spontaneous combustion experiment is carried out for the 6#coal seam of Tangjiahui Coal Mine.The paper analyzes and proposes single index gas(CO),comprehensive index(CO and O2 gas concentration,fire coefficient 1000×(+ΔCO/-ΔO2)),marker gas(C2H6,C2H4)three-in-one forecasting technology,a single indicator can directly sense the oxidation degree of coal,comprehensive indicators can be used to analyze the oxidation degree and the temperature,the formation and continuous increase of the marker gas can be used to judge the temperature range in coal the oxidation,the combination of the three can significantly improve the prediction efficiency and reliability of the coal spontaneous combustion.Application effect shows the technology has achieved significant economic and safety benefits in mine fire prevention.
