临双采空区综放面停采撤面期间防灭火技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了保障唐家会矿61102工作面停采回撤期间的防灭火工作,采用束管监测系统对61102综放工作面采空区煤自燃危险区域进行了实时监测和精准识别。并根据6#煤层煤自然发火特点及自燃危险区域的实际特征,提出了适合61102工作面停采回撤期间的专项防灭火技术措施,形成了以注氮降氧惰化和胶体隔离堵漏的防灭火技术体系。结果显示,经过采取注胶堵漏、施工密闭墙、接续注氮等一系列措施后,各测点CO/O2浓度大幅降低,且均降至正常水平,抑制了61102综放面回撤期间的自燃危险性,该防灭火技术体系的实施有效确保了61102工作面的安全回撤,创造了明显的安全经济效益,为同类矿井防灭火工作提供了借鉴依据。 In order to ensure the safety of fire control in 61102 working face of Tangjiahui Coal Mine,beam tube monitoring system is used for real-time monitoring and accurate identification of coal spontaneous combustion danger area in the goaf.According to the characteristics of spontaneous combustion and the actual characteristics of spontaneous combustion danger area in No.6 coal seam,the special fire prevention and extinguishing technical measures are suitable for 61102 working face during the retracement period,the fire prevention and extinguishing technology system with nitrogen injection,oxygen reduction,inerting and colloid isolation and plugging is formed.The results show that after a series of technical measures,such as colloid injection for leakage blocking,construction of air stopping and continuous nitrogen injection,the concentration of CO/O2 at each measuring point is greatly reduced,and all of them are reduced to the normal level,which inhibits the risk of coal spontaneous combustion during the working retracement,creates obvious safety and economic benefits,and provides references for fire prevention and extinguishing in similar mine.
