高校新生的主力军“00后”成长在中国改革开放后的快速发展时代,中国国际地位的快速提升、互联网络带来的生产生活方式变革以及中等教育阶段的应试模式强化,使“00后”新生在理想信念、心理现状、学习生活等方面呈现出许多新的特点。从分析大学新生的思想行为特点出发,挖掘其形成因素和影响机理,提出了发挥高校在价值引领和行为引导方面的定向导航作用,通过统之以魂、晓之以理、动之以情、导之以行、引之以网、固之以制,从而帮助新生校准人生航向,努力学习成才。

The main force of college freshmen are the millennial generation growing along with the rapid development of China s reform and opening up,witnessing the rapid promotion of China s international status,the lifestyle changes brought by the Internet and the strengthening of coping examination mode on secondary education stage,which make the freshmen assume many new characteristics in ideal and faith,psychological status,study life and so on.Starting from analyzing the characteristics of their thoughts and actions,the article explores its formation factors and influencing mechanism,and puts forward playing colleges and universities leading role in value and behavior guidance for regulating freshman s life direction and enhancing motivation for study by soul-cohering,reason-enlightening,emotions-touching,behavior-guiding,Internet-leading,institution-strengthening.
