摘要
拔尖创新人才培养是世界各国应对全球化竞争的着力点之一。西安交通大学自1985年开始探索拔尖创新人才培养,30多年来通过人才选拔方式创新、培养模式改革、师资力量建设、国际化教学平台搭建等方式,积累了丰富的拔尖创新人才选拔培养经验,取得了卓越的教学成效,为持续开展拔尖创新人才培养奠定了坚实的基础。
The cultivation of top-notch innovative talents is one of the key points for countries in the world to cope with global competition. Since 1985, Xi’an Jiaotong University has been exploring the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents. For more than 30 years, it has accumulated rich experience in the selection and training of top-notch innovative talents through the innovation of talent selection methods, the reform of training models, the construction of teaching staff, and the establishment of international teaching platforms. The excellent teaching results have laid a solid foundation for the continuous training of top-notch innovative talents.
