Communist Party of China’s One Hundred Years History and Red Finance——CPC’s Financial Ideology Development,Characteristics,Experience and Inspiration over the Past One Hundred Years

在一百年的发展历程中,中国共产党的金融思想历经革命、建设、改革等历史时期的砥砺创新,已经发展为自成一统、独具中国特色的思想理论体系,为革命胜利、社会转型、经济建设、改革开放和高质量发展提供了高效的金融工作指导与服务,形成了坚定政治立场、突出问题导向、坚守功能本源、重视改革创新、扩大双向开放的金融思想发展经验主线。在总结发展经验的基础上,提出党建统领、市场主导、科技赋能、内外循环、理念输出的发展路线框架,对中国共产党百年金融思想的未来演变和升华进行了展望,以期为党的金融思想在新时代继续发展提供新的思路。

Over the past one hundred years,Communist Party of China’s financial ideology has undergone revolution,construction and reform periods and has formed a unique theoretical system with distinctive Chinese characteristics.The ideology has provided efficient financial guidance and service for success revolution,social transformation,economic construction,reform and opening up and high quality development and has formed financial ideology development course with solid political stance,problem orientation,insistence on function,concentration on reform and innovation and expansion of bilateral opening up.On the basis of the experience,the paper proposes a development framework that emphasizes party building,market orientation,technology transformation,inner and outer circulation and concept output.The paper also proposes expectation of the future development of Communist Party of China’s financial ideology and tries to find out new thinking for its development.
