基于中国情境的创业导向研究评述与展望

Review and Prospect of Entrepreneurship Oriented Research Based on China Scenario

创业导向是源于西方用来描述企业创业行为特质的一个概念,反映了一种进取型企业战略姿态。在当前新一轮的科技革命和产业变革的关键时期,尤其是在当下我国加快构建中国特色哲学社会科学创新体系的时代背景下,亟需对我国学者基于中国情境的创业导向理论的研究进展进行系统总结和深刻把握。本文选取2003—2020年我国学者的390篇核心期刊论文,利用文献计量方法,从样本文献的总体趋势、作者及机构分布、期刊分布、关键词分布及其关键词共现网络等维度,对关于我国学者基于中国情境的创业导向研究进展进行了分析;对创业导向概念界定及量表设计、影响机制和形成机制三个方面的研究成果进行了评述,从而掌握了我国学者在该领域的研究脉络及进展;并从量表设计和评价方法创新、影响机制、创业行为转化以及创业导向的负向效应等方面对该领域未来的研究方向进行了展望。

Entrepreneurial orientation is a concept originated from the west used to describe the characteristics of entrepreneurial behavior,which reflects an aggressive corporate strategic posture.In the current critical period of a new round of technological revolution and industrial revolution,especially in the present our country to speed up the construction of philosophy and social science innovation system with Chinese characteristics of the era background,the need for Chinese scholars,based on the research progress of Chinese situation of entrepreneurial orientation theory,main characteristics,problems and future research direction of systematic summary and deep grasp.This paper reviews 390 Chinese scholars'papers in core journals from 2003 to 2020 from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives.On the one hand,literature measurement method is used to analyze the research progress of Chinese scholars from the dimensions of the overall trend of the sample literature,the distribution of authors and institutions,the distribution of periodicals,the distribution of keywords and their co-occurrence network.On the other hand,this paper reviews the research results in three aspects:definition of entrepreneurship-oriented concept,scale design,influence mechanism and formation mechanism,so as to grasp the research context and progress of Chinese scholars in this field.Finally,the future research direction of this field is prospected from the aspects of scale design and evaluation method innovation,influence mechanism,entrepreneurial behavior transformation and the negative effect of entrepreneurship orientation.
