摘要 为解决传统铸造车间管理相对孤立、数据信息交互不及时等问题,在研究了ZigBee无线传感技术的基础上,建立了铸造车间监控系统,并对系统中硬件、软件模块进行了详细设计。针对硬件部分,设计了处理器、数据采集、电源、通信4个模块,并对各模块电路进行了分析;针对软件部分,提出了适用于网络结构的混合路由算法。具体思路为将Cluster-Tree算法以及AODVjr算法进行结合,从而确保低成本控制优势下具有最优选取路由能力。该系统能够全天候全方位地监控铸造车间的状况,实时采集铸造车间内的设备运行状态、运行参数(电机电流、温度、压力、运行时间等),为实现铸造车间的智能化监控管理模式提供一定思路和借鉴。 In order to solve the problems of relatively isolated management and untimely data information exchange in traditional foundry workshop,based on the research of ZigBee wireless sensor technology,a foundry monitoring system is established in this paper,and the hardware and software modules of the system are designed in detail.For the hardware part,this paper designs four modules:processor,data acquisition,power supply and communication,and analyzes the circuit of each module;for the software part,this paper proposes a hybrid routing algorithm suitable for network structure.The specific idea is to combine the cluster tree algorithm and AODVjr algorithm to ensure the optimal routing ability under the advantage of low-cost control.The system can monitor the status of casting workshop all day and all-round,collect real-time equipment operation status and operation parameters(motor current,temperature,pressure,running time,etc.)in the foundry workshop,and provide certain ideas and reference for the realization of intelligent monitoring and management mode of casting workshop.
