基于耦合模型的四川铁路通达性与旅游经济协调发展研究

AStudy on the Coordinative Development between Railway Accessibility and Tourism Economy of Sichuan Based on Coupling Model

基于2009~2018年四川省铁路建设和旅游业发展历时数据,在建构铁路通达性系统和旅游经济系统耦合协调度模型的基础上,分别对四川省铁路通达性水平、旅游经济发展水平、两系统耦合协调度进行了实证分析,结果表明:在2008~2019的十年间,四川省铁路通达性水平整体提升明显,旅游经济发展水平呈现逐年上升状态,铁路通达性系统与旅游经济系统的耦合协调度有所改善,但整体协调效应较差,协调等级还不高,经历了从严重失调到濒临失调(2009~2015年)、从勉强协调到初级协调(2016~2018年)的阶段变化.由此,提出了加快铁路交通基础设施建设等5项调整策略.

Using the diachronic data of railway construction and tourism development of Sichuan from 2009 to 2018,based on the coupling coordination model of the railway accessibility system and tourism economic system,this paper empirically analyzed the level of railway accessibility,the level of tourism economic development and the degree of coupling coordination of the two systems.The results showed that during the decade of 2008-2019,the overall level of railway accessibility of Sichuan had improved significantly;the level of tourism economic development of Sichuan had shown an upward trend year by year;the coupling coordination degree of the two systems had been improved,but the overall coordination effect was poor and the coordination level was not high;there was two stages:from the extreme imbalance to the verge imbalance(2009-2015),from the barely coordinated to the primary coordination(2016-2018).Finally,five adjustment strategies were put forward including speeding up the construction of railway transportation infrastructure.
