教师资格证国考全面推行以来,各地教师资格证考试笔试通过率总体较低.地方应用型高等职业院校体育教育专业,学生面临着基础薄,学时少的现状,而教师资格证国考知识、技能的难度和广度是传统人才培养模式难以应对的.通过调整开课顺序、加强课堂实践训练、开展运动技能专题讲座、建设线上教学平台、建设一流课程、注重考试培训等措施,来提升体育教育专业学生运动知识和技能水平,为教师资格证国考奠定坚实的基础.为地方中小学培养更加优秀、更多合格的师资队伍.

Since the implementation of the National Examination for teacher qualification,the passing rate of the written examination for teacher qualification is generally low.The students of physical education major in local applied higher vocational colleges are faced with the situation that the foundation is thin and the hours are few,and the difficulty and breadth of the knowledge and skills of the national examination for teacher qualification are difficult to deal with in the traditional talent training mode.Such measures as adjusting the order of classes,strengthening practical training,launching special lectures on sports skills,building an online teaching platform,building first-class courses and emphasizing examination training are taken to improve the sports knowledge and skills of the students of physical education major,and to lay a solid foundation for the national examination of teacher qualification to train more excellent and qualified teachers for the local primary and secondary schools.
