首先对BIM技术政策背景和国内外研究现状进行了分析,提出论文的研究课题以建筑行业未来发展趋势的BIM技术为对象,然后详细地研究了工程项目全寿命周期各阶段成本管理存在的问题,并结合BIM技术分析了其在全寿命周期各阶段中的应用价值,最后提出了BIM技术在应用过程中的建议.论文的研究有助于BIM技术的推广和使用,有助于控制和管理工程项目全寿命周期成本.

The paper analyzed the background of BIM technology policies and the research status at home and abroad,and put forward the research topic of BIM technology,and analyzed project cost management problems of the whole life cycle and application value of the whole life cycle combining with BIM technology.The paper puts forward some suggestions on the application of BIM technology.The research of this paper is conducive to popularizing BIM technology,and managing project costs of the whole life cycle.
