Ag+掺杂BiOBr的制备及其光催化性能

摘要 采用溶剂热法制备了Ag+掺杂的BiOBr(BiOBr:Ag+),利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外可见漫反射(UV-Vis DRS)等技术对其进行表征。考察了反应温度、时间以及Ag+掺杂量对BiOBr:Ag+光催化剂的光催化性能的影响,结果表明,BiOBr:Ag+呈三维花球形貌,花球由众多纳米片组合而成。在反应温度160℃、反应时间6 h及Ag+掺杂量为6%时,所得BiOBr:Ag+光催化剂对亚甲基蓝的光催化降解率达到82.6%。 The Ag+-doped BiOBr(BiOBr:Ag+)was prepared by solvothermal method,and was characterized by SEM,XRD and UV-Vis DRS technologies.The effects of reaction temperature,time and Ag+-doping amount on the photocatalytic properties of the BiOBr:Ag+photocatalyst were investigated.The results showed that BiOBr:Ag+presented a morphology of three-dimensional spheres composed of lots of nanosheets.When the reaction temperature was 160℃,the reaction time was 6 h and the Ag+-doping amount was 6%,the photocatalytic degradation rate of BiOBr:Ag+photocatalyst to Methylene Blue reached 82.6%.
