基于非线性状态估计的多媒体设备故障预警研究 被引量:2

摘要 传统多媒体设备故障预警方法中建模参数较多,对设备中非趋势的相似度短期偏离状态比较敏感,易出现虚警情况。基于此,提出基于非线性状态估计的多媒体设备故障预警方法。采用非线性状态估计,利用小波变换筛选变量并去噪,结合马氏距离与等距抽样共同构造记忆矩阵完成建模;计算模型观测向量与预测向量之间的相似度,采用双滑动窗口统计相似度,完成基于非线性状态估计的多媒体设备故障预警研究。仿真实验表明,所提方法可有效对多媒体设备故障进行预警,且虚警次数较少。 There are many modeling parameters in the traditional multi-media equipment fault early warning method,which is sensitive to the short-term deviation state of non trend similarity in the equipment and prone to false alarm.Based on this,a method of multimedia equipment fault early warning based on nonlinear state estimation is proposed.Using nonlinear state estimation,using wavelet transform to filter variables and denoise,combining with Mahalanobis distance and isometric sampling to construct memory matrix to complete the modeling;calculating the similarity between the observation vector and prediction vector of the model,using double sliding window statistical similarity to complete the research of multimedia equipment fault early warning based on nonlinear state estimation.The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively pre-warning multimedia equipment faults,and the number of false alarms is less.
