摘要
文中通过对矿物掺合料和助养剂进行试验研究,分析掺合料和助养剂对轨道板蒸养混凝土脱模强度的影响规律,试验结果表明:磨细矿渣粉掺量10%时混凝土抗压强度最高;粉煤灰对蒸养混凝土的脱模强度的增长没有作用;掺入6%硅灰时混凝土脱模强度大幅度提高。助养剂可缩短轨道板混凝土养护时间,在标准条件下养护16h抗压强度满足脱模强度要求;采用磨细矿渣粉和助养剂进行复合使用恒温养护6h即可满足轨道板脱模要求。
In this paper, the influence of mineral admixtures and auxillaries on the demultifying strength of track slab concrete is analyzed. The results show that the compressive strength of concrete is the highest when the content of ground slag powder is 10%. Fly ash has no effect on the increase of demoulding strength of steam-raised concrete. The demoulding strength of concrete is greatly improved when 6% silica fume is added. The auxiliary agent can shorten the curing time of track slab concrete, and the 16 h compressive strength of curing under standard conditions can meet the requirement of demounting strength. The demoulding requirements of track plate can be satisfied by using the ground slag powder and the auxiliant for 6 hours of constant temperature curing.
