摘要
文中针对特定方式下的电压越限问题提出特定的控制策略,对于解决怒江地区电压问题具有一定的实际意义。
In this paper,a specific control strategy is proposed for the problem of voltage over-limit in a specific way,which has certain practical significance for solving the voltage problem in the Nu River area.
