Starting from the connotation of resource and environment carrying capacity evaluation and land space planning,this paper discusses the logical problems existing in both of them,and gives corresponding Suggestions to improve the effectiveness of resource and environment carrying capacity evaluation,so as to provide reference for land space planning.
