基于“两山”理念的阜新生态旅游绿道网实践路径研究

Research on Eco-Tourism Greenways Practice Path in Fuxin Based on the Concept of Two Mountains

文章基于"两山"理念,从探寻生态资源优势转化为旅游经济优势角度出发,对辽宁阜新市的自然生态资源及旅游资源进行了调查评估,提出了通过生态旅游绿道网满足生态保护、游憩休闲等多元需要的建设构思,并制定了易保护原则、易发展原则和易景观原则,进而从宏观、中观、微观3个尺度对生态旅游绿道线路进行了详细规划,旨在促进阜新生态文明建设的同时,推动地区旅游经济的转型发展。

Based on the concept that “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”,this paper investigates and evaluates the natural ecological resources and tourism resources in Fuxin,Liaoning in order to transforming the advantages of ecological resources into the advantages of tourism economy.And it proposes that the ecological tourism greenway network should meet the needs of ecological protection,recreation and leisure.It formulates the principles of easy protection,easy development,and easy landscape.Furthermore,detailed planning of the ecotourism greenway route is carried out from the macro,medium and micro scales.It is hoped that this paper can promote the construction of ecological civilization in Fuxin and improve the transformation and development of regional tourism economy.
