基于量化分析的旧城更新改造策略研究——以济南市柳行片区改造为例

Research on Renewal Strategy of Old City Based on Quantitative Analysis--A Case of the Reconstruction of Liuxing District in Jinan

20世纪60年代,西方旧城更新理论开始批判现代主义城市规划的过度理想化模式,倡导城市多样化、文脉保护和微更新。进入21世纪以来,中国开始借鉴西方旧城更新理论解决具有中国特色的旧城更新问题,在改造过程中缺乏科学理性的量化分析手段,导致城市问题没有得到本质性的解决。探索新的城市更新方法是时代发展的要求。本文以空间句法理论为指导,运用Depthmap软件技术对济南柳行片区"城中村"进行量化分析,将量化所得数据与当前改造思想相结合,提出合理的改造策略,指导城市空间的更新和改造。

In the 1960s,the western city renewal theories began to criticize the over—idealized model of modernist urban planning,and advocate urban diversification,cultural context protection and micro-renewal.In the 21st century,China began to use the western city renewal theory to solve the problem of old city renewal.The lack of scientific and rational quantitative analysis methods in the process of transformation led to the inability to solve the urban problem fundamentally.Exploring new urban renewal methods is the requirements for the development of the times.This paper uses the spatial syntax theory as a guide and uses Depthmap software to quantitatively analyze the “urban village”in Liuxing District of Jinan.It combines the quantitative data with the current transformation ideas,proposes a reasonable transformation strategy and guides the urban space renewal and transformation.
