历史文化街区慢行系统活力再生策略初探

A Preliminary Study on the Vitality Regeneration Strategies of Slow Traffic System in Historical and Cultural Districts

作为城市文化资本的重要载体,历史文化街区体现了一个城市的特色传统风貌。而随着城市化进程的加快,快节奏的交通成为阻碍历史街区良性发展的一大原因,传统的慢行交通方式逐渐被忽略。因此,创建和谐的慢行交通环境是实现历史街区可持续发展的首要工作。本文从宏观、中观、微观三个层面进行分析、归纳和总结,通过分析慢行系统在历史街区活力再生方面存在的问题,制定了慢行系统规划原则,进而提出促进历史街区保护和活力再生的慢行系统规划策略,以期为历史文化街区的保护和发展提供参考。

As an important carrier of urban cultural capital,historical and cultural blocks embody the characteristic traditional style of a city.With the acceleration of urbanization,the fast paced traffic has become a major obstacle to the healthy development of historic districts,and the traditional slow traffic has been gradually ignored.Therefore,to create a harmonious slow traffic environment is an urgent problem to be solved for the sustainable development of historical districts.This paper conducts an analysis,conclusion and summary from three aspects of macro,meso and micro perspectives,analyzes the problems existing in the vitality regeneration of slow traffic system in historical districts,formulates the slow system planning principle,and puts forward the planning strategy for the slow traffic system in order to promote the protection and vitality regeneration of the historical districts,with a view to provide a reference for the protection and development of historical and cultural blocks.
