国土空间体系下城市规划与土地规划关系研究

Research on the Relationship between Urban Planning and Land Planning under theTerritorial Space System

国土空间规划的核心内容包括原城市规划与土地规划两个重要组成部分,本论文就国土空间规划体系下城市规划与土地规划二者之间的关系作了详细深入的探讨和研究,以期解决土地的合理使用问题,为城市规划提供明确的指导,为两者统筹融合提出具有参考意义的解决策略。同时,通过本次研究的结果,提供实现国土空间规划体系构建的可行方法。

The core content of national spatial planning includes two important parts of the original urban planning and land planning.This paper makes a detailed and in—depth exploration and research on the relationship between urban planning and land planning under the national spatial planning system in order to solve the problem of rational use of land,to provide clear guidance for urban planning,and to put forward solution strategy with reference significance for the coordination and integration of the two aspects.Based on the results of this study,it provides a feasible method to realize the construction of land space planning system.
