简述国土空间规划体系中的城市规划

Brief Introduction to Urban Planning in the Land Space Planning System

目前我国关于国土空间的统一规划及其规划体系的顶层设计已经落实,现阶段其发展重点为规划体系的改革推进,重点突出城市规划在国土空间规划体系中的重要性与作用。通过发挥城市规划在国土空间规划中具有的空间产品供给优势,体现城市规划在城市总规发展中起到的宏观指导作用,在国土空间规划体系中进行城市规划的有机融合,以期为城市发展与建设提供指导与支撑。本文以国土规划与城市规划的分析为切入点,提出了城市规划在规划体系改革中具体作用发挥的建议。

At present,China's unified land space planning and its top-level design of the planning system have been implemented.At this stage,its development focus is the reform and promotion of the planning system,which emphasizes the importance and role of urban planning in the land space planning system.By giving full play to the space product supply advantages of urban planning in the land space planning,the macro guiding role of urban planning in the development of the general urban planning is reflected,and the organic integration of urban planning is carried out in the land space planning system,so as to provide guidance and support for urban development and construction.Based on the analysis of land planning and urban planning,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the specific role of urban planning in the reform of planning system.
