南京地区既有工业建筑绿色再生改造策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 在如今生活环境日渐恶劣、能源形式十分严峻的情况下,南京地区既有工业建筑改造过程中急需实行绿色再生改造策略来改变现状。本文重点阐述了既有工业建筑绿色再生改造中可实施的策略,并结合南京地区既有工业建筑改造实例来分析。首先对这些策略进行研究归纳;其次对南京地区既有工业建筑的改造提出建议,以期创造"低能耗、高舒适"的宜居空间。 Under the situation that the living environment is getting worse and the energy situation is very severe, the paper points out that the existing industrial buildings in Nanjing are in urgent need of implementing the strategies of green regeneration to change the current situation. This paper focuses on the strategies that can be implemented in the green regeneration of the existing industrial buildings, and analyzes with the renovation cases of the existing industrial buildings in Nanjing. Firstly, these strategies are summarized through research. Secondly, suggestions are put forward for the reconstruction of the existing industrial buildings in Nanjing to create a livable space with "low energy consumption and high comfort".
