摘要
我们赖以生活的城市环境正变得恶劣,拥挤的城市空间、复杂的人物关系、高压的生活节奏等,让生活在其中的人们倍感压力。近年来,城市中诞生了很多供人们进行解压和放松的场所。在这类空间场所中,人们可以放下包袱,进行身心的调整。冥想作为一种新兴的疗法,是这类空间中常见的自发性活动。冥想空间是对现代城市环境中千篇一律的环境的补充;在精神方面,也是对我们情感的一种完善,是对城市生活空间中人文内涵的深层次探究。
The urban environment we live in is getting worse.The crowded urban space,the complex relationships between people,the high-pressure pace of life,etc.make the people living in it feel stressed.In recent years,many places have been created in cities for people to relieve pressure and relax.In this kind of space,people can put down their burdens and adjust their body and mind.Meditation,as an emerging therapy,is a common spontaneous activity in such spaces.The exploration on meditation space is the exploration and expansion of contemporary sociology and humanities,and it complements the monotonous environment in the modern urban environment.In the spiritual aspect,it is also a kind of emotional perfection for us,and a deep exploration on the humanistic connotation in our urban living space.
