摘要
工程设计是所有工程的核心和基础,是工程项目的大脑,一份优秀的设计报告能给投资人、工程实施者、相关服务者极好的印象。特别是房屋建筑的设计,要综合考虑力学、工学、美学问题,因此房屋设计会比其他工程设计显得复杂,同时面对的问题也会更多。本文对于目前常见的建筑体结构设计中存在的问题进行了综合总结,发现存在的问题集中体现在地基、楼板、梁、框架、构造柱等方面,并对这些问题进行了力学方面的分析,同时推断出这些问题可能会导致的后果,最后给出了相应的优化措施。
Engineering design is the core and foundation of all projects and the brain of engineering projects.An excellent design report can give investors,project implementers and relevant service providers a profound impression.In particular,the design of housing buildings should take mechanics,engineering and aesthetics into consideration comprehensively.Therefore,the housing design will be more complex than other engineering designs and face more problems.This paper has founded the common problems existing in the building structure design and summarize those problems comprehensively.Founded the problems embodied in the foundation,slab,beam,frame,constructional column,etc.,and mechanical aspects of the analysis of the problem,this paper deduces the consequences of these problems may lead to,the problems and the corresponding optimization measures.
