This paper first points out the problems existing in the cost management of the construction project implementation stage,then introduces the main factors affecting the cost control in the implementation stage of the construction project,and finally expounds the effective measures to strengthen the cost control in the implementation stage of the construction project,hoping to provide certain reference for the construction cost management of the construction industry in China in the future.
