改革开放以来,我国社会经济迅猛发展,建筑行业作为我国主要的高速发展行业之一,国家对其基础建设的投资规模越来越大,对于建筑工程的质量更加注重。在实际的建筑建设过程中,要保证建筑的质量,必须全面落实建筑工程方面的管理,包括对建筑工程本身和建筑工作者财产、生命安全方面的管理,以推动建筑业的良好健康可持续发展。本文针对建筑行业管理上存在的一些问题进行剖析,并且提出合理的可行性对策,以提高建筑工程管理水平,完善建筑行业发展中的不足。

Since the reform and opening up,China,s social economy has developed rapidly.As one of the most important high-speed development industries in China,the construction industry has invested more and more in its infrastructure.So it pays more attention to the quality of construction projects.In the actual construction process,to guarantee high quality construction,we must fully implement the management of construction engineering,including the construction project itself and the properties and life safety of the construction workers,and promote the good,healthy and sustainable development of the construction industry.This paper analyzes some problems existing in the construction industry management,and puts forward reasonable feasible countermeasures to improve the construction engineering management level and improve the shortcoming in the development of the construction industry.
