Study on Risk Management of Municipal Road Engineering Project in Construction Phase

市政道路工程施工阶段风险管理尤为重要,也是保证项目顺利执行的根本。虽然目前市政道路工程从道路规模大小、复杂程度、投入资金等方面得到了很快的发展,但施工阶段出现风险逐渐加剧,风险管理作为项目管理的重要环节,影响着整个工程管理,也是决定工程总体目标能否实现的基础。本文结合施工风险管理的相关内容,探讨市政道路工程施工风险管理的相关策略。

The risk management in the construction stage of municipal road engineering is particularly important,and it is also the basis to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.At present,although municipal road engineering has developed rapidly in terms of road scale,complexity and investment,but the risks in the construction phase have gradually intensified,and risk management is an important part of project management,it affects the whole project management,and is the basis of deciding whether the overall goal of the project can be achieved.In this paper,combined with the construction risk management of the relevant content of municipal road engineering construction risk management strategies.
