现如今,社会的迅猛发展推动了高新科技的改进升级,也提高了建筑工程领域的规模与建设水准。一时间,为了有效提高我国建筑企业的综合实力与市场竞争力,各式各样的针对不同项目管理需求的创新型先进管理模式如雨后春笋般出现。本文重点从建筑工程项目的管理现状入手,在探讨创新管理模式的积极影响后,提出了行之有效的创新型管理理念及其应用模式。最后根据实际发展情况分析出建筑工程创新模式的未来发展走向,希望能为我国建筑领域现代化作出贡献。

Nowadays,the rapid development of society has promoted the improvement and upgrading of high and new technology,and also improved the scale and construction level of the construction engineering field.At that time,in order to effectively improve the comprehensive strength and market competitiveness of China,s construction enterprises,a variety of innovative advanced management mod els meeting different project management needs emerged.This paper focuses on the current management conditions of construction projects,discusses the positive impact of innovative management model,and then put forward an effective innovative management concept and its application model.Finally,according to the actual development situation,it analyzes the future development trend of the innovation mode of architectural engineering,hoping to contribute to the modernization of China's architectural field.
