摘要
为探索幼儿教师的情绪劳动、情绪耗竭以及社会支持对幼儿教师职业幸福感的影响机制,采用幼儿教师情绪劳动量表、情绪耗竭量表、领悟社会支持量表和职业幸福感量表对315名幼儿教师进行调查,结果表明:(1)表层扮演负向预测幼儿教师的心理幸福感、社会幸福感和认知幸福感,深层扮演正向预测幼儿教师的职业幸福感各维度;(2)情绪耗竭在深层扮演与职业幸福感各维度关系中起部分中介作用;(3)社会支持不仅是深层扮演与职业幸福感各维度关系的调节变量,而且是情绪耗竭对深层扮演与职业幸福感各维度关系的中介机制的调节变量。
In order to explore the influence mechanism of emotional labor,emotional exhaustion and social support on preschool teachers'occupational well-being,this study adopted emotional labor scale,emotional exhaustion scale,social support scale and occupational well-being scale to investigate 315 preschool teachers.The results shows the following:(1)The surface acting predicted negatively preschool teachers'psychological well-being,Social well-being,cognitive well-being,and deep acting predicted positively preschool teachers'each dimension of occupational well-being;(2)Emotional exhaustion plays a partial mediating effect in the deep acting and each dimension of occupational well-being.(3)Social support not only moderated the relationship between deep acting and each dimension of occupational well-being,but also moderated the mediating mechanism of emotional exhaustion on the relationship between deep acting and each dimension of occupational well-being.
