摘要
以桥式起重机工作机构为研究对象,从能量流分析出发,全面研究了起重机各工作机构的能耗特性;结合功率传输规律,建立了各工作机构的能耗数学模型,进一步分析了桥式起重机的能耗机理及能量损失特性,为桥式起重机能耗评价打下了基础。
In view of serious energy waste of bridge crane,it takes the operating mechanism as the research subject,analyzes the energy transmission in operating mechanism and the characteristics of energy consumption.Combining with the energy transmission characteristics,it establishes the mathematical model of energy consumption,analyzes the energy consumption mechanism.This can provide the research basis for energy consumption evaluation.
