摘要
为减轻老年人如厕过程中生理和心理负担,根据机械原理,结合人机工程学,设计了一款多功能坐便椅。该坐便椅主要由上下身机构、变胞机构、腋下机构、脚踏机构和腋下-脚踏联动机构5个部分构成。上下身机构由电动推杆、平行四边形连杆机构等组成,辅助老人坐下如厕和起身。利用电动推杆可双向作动的特点,通过约束其自由度的变化,构成变胞机构,实现脚踏板和座板先后顺序工作的功能。腋下机构由死点机构、腋下支撑组成,可减轻老人克服自身重力的负担。脚踏机构由脚踏板、脚踏靠板和滑轨组成,可抬高老人的下肢,便于老年人如厕。腋下-脚踏联动机构通过采用柔性连接,巧妙实现联动,使坐便椅结构更加简单。
In order to reduce the physiological and psychological burden of the elderly in the process of lavatory,this paper designs a multifunctional toilet chair according to the mechanical principle and ergonomics.The chair is mainly composed of five parts such as upper and lower body mechanism,cellular mechanism,underarm mechanism,foot pedal mechanism and underarm-foot pedal linkage mechanism.The upper and lower body mechanism is composed of electric push rod and parallelogram connecting rod mechanism to assist the elderly to sit down and get up.By constraining the change of freedom degree of the electric push rod,the variable cell mechanism is formed to realize the function of the pedal and the seat plate working in sequence.The underarm mechanism is composed of dead point mechanism and underarm support,which can reduce the burden of the elderly to overcome their own gravity.The pedal mechanism is composed of pedals,pedals and sliding rails,which can elevate the lower limbs of the elderly and facilitate the elderly to go to the toilet.Underarm-foot linkage mechanism through the use of flexible connections to achieve clever linkage,so that the chair structure is more simple.
