摘要
飞机复材紧固件连接载荷分配分析是结构连接强度校核的基础。提出了复材紧固件连接协调/平衡理论计算方法和梁元、弹簧元及紧固件单元等有限元计算方法,并以双剪连接结构为例对钉载计算结果和试验结果进行了对比分析。结果显示,协调/平衡理论计算方法以及板/梁有限元方法计算得到的钉载结果与试验结果相比误差在6%以内,采用建模较方便的CFAST紧固件单元计算的钉载结果误差在10%以内,表明这些分析方法可广泛应用于复材连接分析。
For mechanical connections of aircraft composite structures,this paper presents the methods of compatibility/equilibrium theoretically and finite element model with beam element,spring element and fastener element.Taking the double shearing structure as an example,it compares different analysis results with experiment data.The result shows that the margin of errors of compatibility/equilibrium theoretical method and beam element model are within 6%,the error of loads sharing results of fastners calculated by CFAST element model within 10%,the analytical method can be widely used in composite connection analysis.
