Preliminary Study on the Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Gelao People’s Tea Drinking Customs

仡佬族饮茶习俗丰富多样,是贵州茶非物质文化遗产的重要组成部分。本文较为完整地介绍了仡佬族传统饮茶习俗,主要包括熬茶、涨茶、油茶和讨茶等。基于非物质文化遗产视角,分析阐述了仡佬族饮茶习俗具有活态性、传承性、功能性、民族性等特性,对贵州民族茶文化的传承与保护具有重要意义。

The Gelao people have rich and varied tea drinking customs, which is an important part of the intangible cultural heritage of Guizhou tea. This paper provides a complete introduction of Gelao traditional tea drinking customs, including the boiling tea, rising tea, oil tea, and begging tea. Based on the perspective of intangible cultural heritage, this paper analyzes the characteristics of Gelao tea drinking customs, such as liveliness, inheritance, functionality and ethnic characteristics, which is of great significance to the inheritance and protection of Guizhou ethnic tea culture.
