毋煚《代茶饮序》考

摘要 《代茶饮序》一文出自《大唐新语》,由于其对饮茶健康的重要指导意义,自《太平御览》始,后世文献中屡有引述,但却在作者姓名和序文题目上多有讹误,这种状况,直至今日仍未有改善。本文通过对各版本《大唐新语》和相关类书的考察,确认该文作者是唐代目录学家毋煚。并通过对唐代“汤礼”习俗的研究,明确《代茶饮序》题目中“代茶饮”的真正含义。最后对《代茶饮序》原文观点进行辨析和拓展,得出更适用于今人饮茶健康的新观点。 Dai Cha Yin Xu came from Da Tang Xin Yu.Because of its important guiding significance to the health of drinking tea,it has been frequently quoted in later documents since Taiping Yulan,but there are many errors in the author’s name and preface title.This situation has not been improved until today.Through the investigation of various editions of Da Tang Xin Yu and related books,this paper confirms that the author of this article was Wu Jiong,a bibliographer of the Tang Dynasty.And through the research on"Tang Li"(ceremony of herbal decoction)in the Tang Dynasty,the true meaning of"Dai Cha Yin"is clarified.Finally,it analyzes and expands the original viewpoints of Dai Cha Yin Xu,and draws a new viewpoint that is more suitable for people to drink tea healthily.
