Wang Zenong’s Contribution to the Development of Anhui Tea Industry

王泽农是我国著名的茶叶专家、茶学教育家、茶叶生物化学学科创始人。近半个世纪以来(1952-1999年),开启安徽茶学高等教育与科研事业,为安徽茶产业发展培养了大批高层次人才;坚持科技创新,助推安徽茶业高质量发展;服务徽茶产业,弘扬徽茶文化。王泽农为安徽茶产业的振兴发展以及全国茶学教育与科研事业做出了重要贡献。

As a well-known tea expert,tea educator and founder of tea biochemistry in China,Wang Zenong,started the higher education and scientific research of tea science in Anhui Province in the past half century(1952-1999),and a large number of high-level talents were trained for the development of tea industry in Anhui Province.He adhered to high-quality development based on scientific and technological innovation,served the Anhui tea industry and promoted the Anhui tea culture.Thus,Wang Zenong made important contributions to the revitalization and development of Anhui tea industry and national tea education and scientific research.
