摘要
茶叶是中国对世界的重要贡献,中国是茶的故乡,云南是茶的发源地。通过植物资源学、民族植物学、生物地理学和民族人类学调查研究,在前人研究成果基础上,进一步论证栽培茶的源头是野生的大理茶,茶的利用起源于古滇,茶的栽培与传播则出自古蜀,大叶茶和小叶茶是大理茶在长期栽培过程中形成的。
Tea is China’s important contribution to the world,and China is home to tea and Yunnan is the birthplace of tea.Based on the plant resource science,ethnobotany,biogeography and ethnoanthropology,it is further demonstrated that the source of cultivated tea is wild Dali tea,the utilization of tea originated from ancient Yunnan,the cultivation and dissemination of tea originated from ancient Sichuan,and the big leaf tea and small leaf tea were formed in the long-term cultivation process of Dali tea.
