Discussion on the Application and Integration of Technology in the Elderly Transformation of the Existing Residence

本文通过对我国老龄化情况和既有住宅现状进行分析总结,从建筑更新设计的改造策略入手,结合预制装配式技术、绿色低碳技术、智能家居系统等,对我国既有住宅的适老性改造技术进行应用与集成,以更好地促进城市的可持续发展。

Based on the analysis and summarization of the current situation of China’s aging population situation and the existing residence, from the reconstruction strategy of building renewal design, combined with prefabricated technology, green low carbon technologies, intelligent household system, etc., this paper applies and integrates the elderly transformation technology in the existing residence in order to better promote the sustainable development of the city.
