摘要
湖贝城中村是有着近560年历史且至今仍有数万人口居住的深圳中心城区城中村,在如今绝大多数深圳市内古老村落已被拆除的背景下,湖贝村"三纵八横"的空间肌理仍保存完整,凸现出较高的建成遗产保护价值。湖贝村2017年的拆迁工程引发了社会关于"中心城区土地开发"与"城市历史文化保护"矛盾的关注。本文基于空间政治经济学理论中的"空间使用价值"概念,使用文献分析、问卷调查、口述历史等方法,分析湖贝建村后3个时期的空间变迁,深入探讨了各阶段村落对于居民的"空间使用价值",研究为我国珠三角地区城市中心区的城中村空间变迁解读、"以人民为中心"的城市更新工作提供了新马克思主义视角的理论和实践参考。
Hubei village in the city is a village in the central city of Shenzhen, which has a long history of nearly 560 years and has a population of thousands of people. Under the background that most of the ancient villages in Shenzhen have been demolished, the spatial texture of Hubei village is still relatively intact in the direction of three horizontal and three vertical, which has relatively high heritage protection value. The demolition project of Hubei Village in 2017 has aroused social concern about the contradiction between "central urban land development" and "urban historical and cultural protection". Based on the concept of "space use value" in the theory of space political economy, this paper uses the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire survey, oral history, etc. to analyze the space changes in three periods after Hubei village was built, and focuses on the "space use value" in each period, trying to provide references for the interpretation of the historical and cultural development, reconstruction and protection of villages in the central urban areas of our country under the background of urban renewal.
