在区域一体化背景下,汉江生态经济战略的实施,为港口沿线小城镇提供了融入区域一体化发展的新机遇。本研究基于区域一体化格局,在总结港口与小城镇的关系、发展、问题与矛盾的基础上,探讨港口与小城镇协调发展的特征、内涵。基于此,从港镇空间、产业、交通三个维度构建适应港口与小城镇协调发展的路径框架,并以小河港区和小河镇作为实践案例,从融入区域一体化发展格局出发,从空间布局协调发展、交通组织协调发展、产业经济协调发展三个层面提出具体的实施策略,为港口与小城镇在区域一体化格局下的协调发展提供借鉴。
