摘要
在文化旅游如火如荼的发展背景下,本文分析了当代旅游地产开发模式下销售中心设计所需要思考的各方面问题,并尝试在传统文化转译与地产销售品质需求中找到两者间的平衡,打造具有文旅特色的地产销售中心。
Under the background of the development of cultural tourism in full swing, this paper analyzes all aspects of the design of the sales center under the contemporary tourism real estate development mode, and tries to find the balance between the traditional cultural translation and the demand for real estate sales quality, so as to create a real estate sales center with cultural and tourism characteristics.
